The Network Operations Centre (NOC) is located at City Reach and is the first point of contact for any first line technical support required regarding quality of service or technical assistance requests.
The NOC engineers are available on a 24 hours a day and 7 days a week basis throughout the year and are also available for proactive tasks as an extension of our customers’ own engineering teams.
