Docklands Data Centre offer a round-the-clock, 24/7 first line Support service, providing our colocation clients with remote hands facilities, which maximize your operational uptime while minimising your costs. We manage our service through the Network Operations Centre (NOC) – 24/7/365, which is totally supported via Dockland’s highly trained technicians. Within two hours of a call-out, our technicians are dispatched with accompanying service guarantees.
The following elective services are also obtainable for Docklands Remote Hands deployment:
- Providing full visual examination of all devices to assess equipment status
- Disconnecting network systems in the event of a network security event
- Rebooting routers, servers, or additional equipment
- Re-seating or replacing cables
- Remove power (AC or DC) from equipment
- Running new cable and cross-connects
- Telephone support enquiries
- Reception and escort of customers and sub-contractors in the facility
